As far as sound quality and price are concerned, I’m happy with the set. I see the tiny display and its use with the remote control as a minor drawback. You can see the source or volume level on the display, but I can’t imagine how you’d adjust the individual channels using it. Fortunately, you can use mobile apps. As for the cables, some of them were a bit too short for my needs. So I bought another 3m cable from Samsung, which I’ll spliced on to make it longer if necessary.

I was switching from the Samsung HW-Q930F soundbar. If you’re wondering whether the extra cost of the flagship model is worth it, it depends on what you’re looking for. If you’re only watching stereo or standard TV, then definitely not. However, if you’re watching high-quality formats such as ATMOS or DTS, then yes. But it depends on the extra cost; if it were under 5,000, I wouldn’t hesitate.
Overall, Samsung has the best soundbars, including in terms of value for money, an area where LG, for example, doesn’t even come close. As far as I’m concerned, the HW-Q990H is currently the absolute best on the market, and I certainly don’t regret buying it.

I’m delighted and would highly recommend it. It’s just a shame I don’t have a TV from the same brand, but it’s not the end of the world.
