The shoes are good and lightweight by all accounts. They have a width of 102 mm and should fit a medium width leg (foot). Well apparently my feet are very wide, because mine were just narrow and I had the BOA fastening completely loose. After about 10 minutes on the leg, my leg was completely bruised on the side. There aren't many wider boots on the market, and I can't really imagine boots with a width of 100 mm or even 99 or 98 mm. Unfortunately, I returned the shoes the next day because of the inappropriate size.
