When I was looking for a replacement for the low-speed drives in my home NAS, which are not manufactured in capacities above 8 TB, I was quite worried about noise. Ironwolf Pro surprised me though: in idle, it is practically not audible at all until I put my ear directly to the NAS, when reading/writing it is a little noisier than the original WD Red, but not fundamentally disturbing.
