All in all, it's a great hair dryer. It has a very high air flow. With the medium temperature setting, you don't have to worry about burning yourself, as the air outlet temperature is optimal for drying and safely low, but high enough that with that airflow, your hair will be dry in no time. I cannot judge the effect of the ionizer. I feel like I got a very nice machine for the price. On the other hand, get a woodworker to change the attachments and have him do it in a protective suit and padded room to avoid injury to the woodworker, the dryer, or the room. Putting the attachments on is manageable, but getting them off is so hard that it made me read all the materials for the hair dryer (there aren't many) to see if there was any mention of how to do it properly. It is not, just very brute force and hope. I guess it can vary from piece to piece, I just hope it wears down to some more usable condition over time (and doesn't wear out further). That's the only point for me to pull down the rating. Another negative my wife sees in the placement of the buttons, accidentally changing the setting of the hair dryer when drying. I don't have this problem, so it probably has to do with the size of my hands, it holds well for me. The usefulness of attachments is subjective. I use the wide diffuser, which is obviously meant for long hair, with my ~6cm hair for "pre-drying" and then without the attachment, my wife with her ~60cm hair goes without the attachment altogether. We found no use for the brush and concentrator. However, the important thing is that the hairdryer is comfortable to use without the attachment.
