I am not satisfied with the vacuum cleaner. I wouldn't even be afraid to call it a piece of junk. For a standard selling price of over five thousand crowns I would expect a completely different quality. I bought it as a replacement for an Electrolux vacuum cleaner I've had for about 7 years, but unfortunately this model is inferior in just about everything. -It's extremely flimsy, it's a bit of a corker and it smells extremely of plastic. I've been using it for about two months and after just one minute of operation the whole room smells of cheap plastic. Plus, his wheels are squeaking badly. It really looks like a vacuum cleaner for a thousand crowns from a market somewhere.
-Another problem is flexibility - you absolutely can't get anywhere with it. If you put it too low, the brush lifts. And get into the narrower gap on the side? Impossible. The maximum tilt of the handle when fully rotated is about 45 degrees.
-The only positive thing about the vacuum itself is the suction power and battery life. However, placing the vacuum cleaner in the stand is also quite an art, or rather hitting the handles correctly.
-I miss the brush cleaning function. If you have a pet with long hair or someone with long hair at home, the brush is very difficult to clean.
-The vacuum cleaner is quite noisy. It has that "modern" high-pitched tone that you know from more expensive hair dryers, but it's quite loud for my taste.
-The brush attachment is ridiculously short, so you can't get anywhere with it and vacuuming is very uncomfortable. The vacuum cleaner does not even hold well in the hand, slippery plastic and no ergonomics.
-The dust cup has virtually no locking mechanism, so you can vacuum again after it has been removed and a little inattention is required. In addition, the filter has only two parts - a coarse pre-filter (very coarse indeed) and then only a HEPA filter. The result is that you then spend five minutes cleaning the HEPA filter. I'm missing some middle layer that would trap even the finer dirt and dust and make it easier to clean afterwards. I can't think of much else. Hopefully this review will help someone in their choice. I haven't used the mopping function yet, so I can't rate it.
