I have a comparison only with the previous vacuum cleaner Electrolux, which lasted 3 years. The plastic is a bit cheap to look at, it's also noisier and even on the lowest power, which I would happily turn down, it lifts the carpet. The plastic dust container has no safety catch, you just lift it by the handle and take it out, which has happened to me several times when vacuuming. The advantage is the metal tubes and also the adjustable extendable extensions. I think for this price (compared to Elextrolux, which was three times more expensive) it is a bargain.
Quite noisy, even at the lowest power. The handle by the dust container is really unthoughtful, it directly offers to lift the vacuum cleaner by it and every time I pull the container out. The strange thing is the "springing" of the vacuum head, I haven't encountered that yet - you can't really put pressure on it. At first it bothered me a lot, but with time I got used to it and it's starting to seem like an advantage. The head is also quite narrow (compared to the Electrolux) but in the end I found that it makes it easier to handle and really gets everywhere.
Compared to our retired veteran, it's at half a decibel. The move to minimum power lifts the carpet. The bagless telechnology is priceless. For 1500, - a great buy.
