"Hello, if the suction power has decreased since you first bought the vacuum cleaner, we recommend that you clean and check the flow of air through the hose that runs from the vacuum cleaner head (behind the rotating brush) to the dust container. A larger piece of debris may have become lodged in the hose, which has subsequently become coated in dust and is now restricting the airflow.
