stopped working on the first day. worked for about 20 minutes total. then it started chopping like there was a power problem. it turns on for a second and then turns off. then it didn't even turn on. maybe we were just unlucky enough to get a defective piece - I don't know, but we didn't have confidence in it after that and that's why the complaint was resolved by a refund.
the way everybody writes about the wheels on the- it's a real problem, it makes a really horrible sound, as if it was an old plastic toy with a broken wheel... it's quite nerve-wracking
I already have a few years old Sencor vacuum cleaner at home with which I am still satisfied and it works absolutely fine but I decided to buy this new one because in the discount for about 2 240kč it is a good price and compared to the old one it is more powerful more sucks and is a lot less noisy and also has a lot of attachments and even a longer cord than my older one and it is just better in everything than the older Sencor vacuum cleaner I had and I would definitely recommend this one I am very satisfied with it so far.

Exactly what we were looking for. A quiet vacuum cleaner that plugs in at one place and reaches all over the apartment. The only disadvantage is that it is slightly heavier but that's probably almost all vacuum cleaners to the network.
I had a vacuum cleaner at home that was about 15 years old and even though it used 1800W, I was very pleasantly surprised by the suction power of this 800W vacuum cleaner (SENCOR SVC 8310BK). All while running much quieter than my original vacuum cleaner. For me, the appliance offers a great price/performance ratio. There is a large variety of attachments in the package, which will help you vacuum almost any space. My only long term concern is the couch brush head mechanism. While it's brilliantly designed so you don't have to power it separately, I'm worried about mechanical wear and tear, and I don't know if it will be easy to replace in the future if it fails.
