I managed to get them unpacked for less than 6900Kč. The quality is comparable to the HD600, but they have a warmer sound character and different spatiality. For ambient music, classical music and music where voices are less clear, I recommend the HD600. For everything else, the HD650 fits. Every music genre is different, so I don't find owning both headphones to be a waste. As with the HD600, the impedance gets over 500ohm in the 80-100hz band. So to get top-notch sound out of them, you need a powerful AMP/DAC. For example Fiio K11 and still connect them via symmetrical cable.
