Our whole family is happy with this coffee machine. The coffee taste is pleasant, not too acidic, and the foam is nicely frothed. The hot water is also fine, it's more than enough for tea. As for the milk system, I'm very satisfied; thanks to the tube, it draws directly from the bottle and cleans beautifully. It uses coffee beans, but you can also use pre-ground coffee.

We chose this coffee machine for our home mainly because of the easy maintenance, and so far we're highly satisfied. The grinder is surprisingly quiet, so the morning coffee doesn't wake anyone up. The display is very responsive, you can set everything in just a few clicks, and the coffee is really delicious. What I appreciate the most, though, is the automatic cleaning – right after making a cappuccino, the machine flushes the milk system with hot steam on its own.
The slight downside to all this constant rinsing is that you have to empty the drip tray and refill the smaller water tank a bit more often. For me, it's a reliable machine that makes excellent coffee.

Overall, the coffee machine is fine. The coffee is very tasty. The milk system is brilliant compared to those with various containers. Compared to another brand I used to have, the drip tray and the coffee grounds container are also easier to clean. The downsides are: it's too slow for my liking, and it splashes milk and coffee all over the place, which I'm not used to. The plastics also seem a bit cheap, hopefully they'll last. So it's definitely not a top-of-the-range coffee machine. But it won us over with the great coffee and the milk system. Plus, I appreciate that it can dispense hot water, which is handy. We don't want another kettle, you see.
