I’ve only had it for a day, but it’s helped me get through the day in a sweltering block of flats. Performance good. It’s just as the gentleman in the previous review says.
The fan arrives already assembled, but the box is huge. At its lowest setting, it’s quiet enough for sleeping. Like other fans of this type (such as Meako), it does not blow air over a wide angle but pushes a narrow stream of air over a greater distance. It constantly blows air over the walls, so the room feels pleasant even when the air isn’t blowing directly at you. I usually point it towards the ceiling, so the air blows downwards. I only point it directly at myself when I’m practising. It has five power settings, a timer for switching on and off, and oscillates both horizontally and vertically. I like the mode where the power gradually decreases (good for falling asleep). You don’t need to aim the remote control very precisely, so I can even do it from bed with my eyes closed. Based on the layout of the buttons (one position is empty), you can tell by touch which way round to hold the controller. Overall great satisfaction. I bought it as a replacement for a more expensive Meaco model because I wanted a stand. In terms of performance, they’re very similar, but the controls are better on this one.
