I was under the impression that Alza monitored the quality of its own brand. But this has to be the worst product I have ever bought. Definitely not this.
Battery life
When the battery is dead (and on first use), you put it on to charge and nothing happens :) If you're lucky, it will then show it's charging after an hour.
The pressure changes depending on how much water is in the reservoir, and for full pressure, I have to press down on the reservoir and push it downwards.
Material - cheap plastic that had an outrageous artificial smell. It still smelled awful even after washing it several times.

The worst product I have ever bought on Alza. Extremely poor quality straight out of the box. It won't charge with any cable other than the one supplied, even though it's supposed to be a standard USB-C. Water leaks from absolutely everywhere except the nozzle, making it useless. And the icing on the cake is that after use, water remains inside the device even after thoroughly emptying it, so the water just stagnates in there. Good luck with a healthy clean.
