After long experience, I have to say I would never buy them again. I took a 6-pack. What happened with the first one was that it started to leak badly. Taking it out, flushing it again and then it worked helped, but on the other hand it seems to me that it flowed again very quickly and didn't filter as well. The same thing happened to me with the second, third and fourth. I'm down to my last two, then I'm going back to the tried and true Brita. The cartridges behaved this badly in the Orion filter kettle (same as Brita) and in the Philips flow heater. Plus, it doesn't seem to last as long as Brita.
