Overall, I’m satisfied; the first negative point doesn’t apply to me, the second has been resolved, and neither the third nor the fourth are anything too serious.
I agree with much of the review by the customer ‘Firma’, as my original request for a replacement had been overlooked, but after I got in touch, they managed to deliver it the very next day, so I believe it was just a glitch in the system. I don’t understand why it’s said to be impossible to contact the complaints department; on the contrary, I found it very easy to do so, and the staff were always helpful. When I measured the noise level of the fridge, it was around 30 dB, so I’d probably recommend making another complaint if you’ve measured 37 dB.
I’d recommend it – I’d give it 9/10.

A special box with its own temperature settings for vegetables and meat is an interesting idea, but I’m not yet sure whether it’s actually very useful.
It cools and freezes quite quickly, and you don’t even need to use the fast cooling/freezing mode.
The display is positioned rather high up, so it’s slightly impractical for shorter people.
When the product arrived, it had a fault whereby the fridge door scraped against the freezer door, but the fridge was replaced without any major problems.
The child lock activates automatically, which, given the high position of the display, seems completely unnecessary to me, but what I find unnecessary in the first place is the fact that it’s automatic.
The fridge could do with an extra shelf, and the claim that there are ‘3 drawers’ in the freezer is misleading, as there are actually 2 drawers and a shelf above them, which is not a drawer.

I would expect a more customer-focused approach from Alza and its own-brand products. The first fridge arrived damaged. It’s understandable, but even if you keep chasing them up, you won’t get the replacement for at least a week. If they hadn’t pressed the matter, I’d probably still be without a fridge. Misleading description and photographs showing the number of shelves inside the fridge. The top description mentions 3 shelves, whilst the more detailed description, which includes a photograph, shows 4 shelves dividing the cooling compartment. The noise level of the fridge itself is 36 dB, not the 33 dB(B) stated.
