I bought it to replace an old stainless steel sink. With a noticeably larger tub, in my case it meant redoing the counters, water and drain, but that's not the sink's fault. But because the tub is very much to the edges, there was very little space behind it in the first place and fitting it into the existing line was quite challenging.
