The insides aren't sealed in any way, but it survived my wife's "deep" cleaning - it worked for another year after the water was poured out of the inside and dried, so probably no big deal.

The Giraffe has been very popular since day one. When the soap is properly diluted, the lather is perfect. The only complaint I have is that after a small part of the soap is used up, such a negative pressure is created in the container that the container deforms. It must then be loosened and tightened manually, the giraffe person snaps and everything is fine again.
has a personality
works great
pressure equalization valve is missing

Soap savings when diluted properly
Beautiful design, baby loves to use
Rich foam
