And I was supposed to go to work. So thanks, Alza. Alza apparently does not address the sufficient packaging of fragile or liquid products, nor how couriers put the parcels into the boxes. If the bottle breaks, the syrup spills all over the area and affects other customers' shipments. Overall: fast shipping yes, but the quality of packaging and handling of shipments lags far behind. Cleaning orange stains off a white t-shirt before going to work is definitely not part of the shopping experience I pay for.
