A few years ago I bought probably the worst wireless thermostat in the world and historically the worst thing on Alza.cz. There are basically only 2 problems, during installation (1) and during use (2). (1)When installing, it is necessary to have (in addition to the wifi network for connecting the thermostat) another data network - wifi or mobile data, there is no mention of this in the instructions. If you have, for example. somewhere in the countryside, worse mobile data, it takes tens of minutes to hours and the process needs to be repeated up to 20 times before it works. (2)Communication between the thermostat and the gateway often drops out and then the installation has to be repeated. The thermostat can remember 2 heating programs, but if the internet or GW thermostat communication goes down, then the thermostat does not continue according to the selected program, but simply stops heating. You can change the temperature locally on the thermostat, but that completely cancels the heating program, so it works even more stupidly than any "stupid" thermostat that is 20 or more years old. From the SOMFA side I take this product as an "excellent" scam on people, frequent outages, non-functionality, zero support, buy anything else than this and you will be fine!

The GAP function does not work at all and never has
Support for the app/product is absolutely zero, they are French, so support is in French, no one here speaks English. If you don't speak French well, you're out of luck.
