I am very disappointed with the "ewelink remote" protocol. I bought a lot. I was hoping for the long range described here (90m), but it is perhaps less than RF. Where the wireless doorbell works fine (about 50m), this one stops responding after 5-10 meters. And there is NO extension - no extender. So, like, good for maybe one room. Extend can be done via CLOUD (maybe even LAN), but that's a bit off. and then I can go straight to the matter device and just put another wifi router. Or into zigbee's mesh system. I had no idea it would have such a small reach. That's the initial pain. And then it loses its charm. I fell for the Chinese. I liked sonoff otherwise. (same results with S-MATE)
