Although the connection with HA via zigbee works great and I have the ability to change the sensitivity, timeout and other data. So the sensor doesn't have occupancy detection at all in my opinion. It's the problem Vladimir described, that if you leave the room, the sensor still reports detecting in the room, then quite randomly after 10-30 minutes it decides it no longer detects. I believe there was some work involved, but I wouldn't put this product as a sensor to control the lights. I'll try the SNZB-03P, which I find preferable to paying more for electricity here than I need to.

Alza indicates a battery in the description and the device software has a battery indicator (see photo), but it is not possible to use the battery. Sonoff probably loaded the software onto this sensor from another similar model with a battery. The device must be wired to the socket. It works like this: when a presence is detected, the sensor will announce it, and it will freeze for 15 seconds and then continue to report until it detects something. When the presence is no longer detected, the sensor will display detection for another 15 seconds and then sleep. This sensor' s software offers a pitiful list of options for customizing the automation. It is actually presence detection and 2, 5, 10, 20 or 30 minutes without detection after presence detection. So if the light is dependent on this sensor, after leaving the detection zone there will be a 15 second freeze and then a minimum of 2 minutes without detection before the light turns off according to the available settings at a minimum interval. Maybe Sonoff' s eWeLink app has richer settings, but SmartLife only has this. Probably Tuya and Imax Neo Pro will have the same thing. It follows that the sensor is more suitable for detecting foreign presence for security reasons than for lighting.
