I thought I would replace my PIR sensors with this, but as soon as I unpacked it, the manual showed that it's basically only suitable for a garage or a cellar. The manual itself warns that a false detection can easily be triggered by the gentle movement of a curtain, grass, or any motorised appliances like a washing machine and tumble dryer. After installation, I found that a fan also triggers it, even when it's not in the direct field of view. You can adjust the sensitivity via Home Assistant; on high and medium settings, it detects presence even through brick and concrete walls within a range of 3 to 5 metres. On low, it limits the range to 2m.

I'm sorry I didn't read Vladimir's review before buying. Absolutely useless for me. Although the connection with HA via zigbee works great and I have the ability to change the sensitivity, timeout and other data. So the sensor doesn't have occupancy detection at all in my opinion. It's the problem Vladimir described, that if you leave the room, the sensor still reports detecting in the room, then quite randomly after 10-30 minutes it decides it no longer detects. I believe there was some work involved, but I wouldn't put this product as a sensor to control the lights. I'll try the SNZB-03P, which I find preferable to paying more for electricity here than I need to.
