The headphones give a really luxurious impression, I would say even better than my B&O HX. The materials used are of high quality.
Unfortunately, real-world use has been very disappointing. Sound-wise, they outperform even the old Bose QC35, not to mention B&O. I don't understand the reviews here (on rare exception).
At the same time I was surprised by the speed with which they became "hot". I'm not used to this either. Using it with the Arc soundbar works great. Unfortunately, without them, the Sonos system sounds leaps and bounds better. I.e. the expected joy of switching to Ace and isolated sound parades does not take place. Once I took them out of my head and switched to traditional audio, it made me sad.
However, I will not knock the rating. It's possible I just have spoiled ears. For a price under 6 grand, it would be workable. Something must have gone wrong...

I bought Sonos Ace mainly out of curiosity. Sonos' first headphone debut was a great success. I have had the opportunity to compare with the BW PX8, Sony WH1000XM5 and Sony WH1000XM4 and I can say that Sonos sonically are only comparable to the PX8 from Bowers&Wilkins. They play very well. For less than 10000Kč in discount it is the best buy in this category. Construction is all metal, no unnecessary plastic. Very comfortable when put on the head. Can be had for several hours and not pushed. ANC very strong. It certainly doesn't disappoint. And what I didn't expect in this category is USB-C audio. When you plug the cable into your phone, you get better listening quality. The only minus is that you still need to use the battery to listen through the cable, you can not revive the headphones when they are discharged. But with USB C Audio a common thing. The 3.5mm jack is not offered directly in the headphones I'm looking forward to what Sonos will show in the near future with headphones. 10/10. I can only recommend it.

I only use 2 Apple devices so the only advantage I was missing is disappearing with connectivity to up to 2 devices. Sonos can do it, and it can do it quickly and well.
