I wanted a reasonably priced piano stool, this one absolutely meets expectations, doesn't tip backwards and is stable. I expected adjustability in a limited number of positions, but for me only the highest position needs to be used. I'm 174 cm and yet I can't put it any lower. I wouldn't choose it for a smaller child. My 11 year old daughter's height is already pretty ok. The keyboard is at a height of 75 cm, it may come in handy: -)
