For me, definitely a great pad that is nicely crafted and easy to play, BUT (maybe just for me, because other reviews don't mention anything) I have had 3 unfortunate experiences with a failing light pipe: ( I have complained twice because there is a visible loss of glow in a relatively short time. In the first year, even 50%. With the current 3 pads in order, I'm already at about 5-10% after 2.5 years. The integrity is actually almost the same, the 90% loss is only in the circumference of the tube, see photo. I didn't replace the pad just because I'm so busy with duties that I missed the 2 year warranty by half a year, otherwise it would have been fine. That's why 2 stars, otherwise I would have given 5.
