I've had the mouse for exactly two years, during which time it has been on warranty 3 times - exchanged for a new product. With each one, there was a problem with the wheel jamming and poor input from the wheel, or with the extreme beeping of the right button, where after a while the switch stopped working completely. The mouse software is terrible, the UI is cluttered and it's total bloatware. Steelseries is a brand to avoid, it is not the only product from them with which I had not only HW but also SW problems.
