After installing it and connecting it to the TV, I was amazed that there was even something that actually worked. After a week and a half, the Firmware Update window popped up, and after that the previous impressions faded very quickly. When playing DVB-T2, the sound and picture are interrupted for half a second approximately once every minute or two. Unbelievably nasty! Interestingly, when playing streams (Prime Video, Max, movies from USB, etc. ) does not happen. Hmm, the manufacturer' s Czech site, I think, hooray! I go to " Contact us" and write down the problem, contact details, phone, serial number and screenshot. and I send And an email arrives confirming the request, thanking me for contacting them and stating that their goal is to help as quickly as possible. Well, the day after tomorrow it will be three months and so far nothing. I then wrote directly to the CZ support email - which, by the way, is in Hungary and the response is the same - none!
It' s probably a faulty device, that can happen and I will complain about it, but the " quality" of the support really surprised me - not this brand anymore.
