It's a gift, so I can't review it. In any case, it's an interesting book.

Excellent trilogy. Too bad there isn't more from Mr. Maple Leaf. It was worth the wait

I generally like novels of this type. The language seems a bit heavy-handed, but perhaps it is meant to convey the character of the characters, who may not have been thinking in any complex way? I read all three parts and finished it in 4 days. The only thing that bothered me was the fact that the Smolíks' child is named Vasik in the second episode and Vojta in the third. I still give it 4 out of 5, because the Sudetenland, my region, deserves to be read.
