Compared to other, inferior Surtep products, this one can't suck water all the way to the bottom. So the advantage of a larger water tank is lost. From about a third of the water remaining, steam production is greatly reduced and the diffuser occasionally whistles unpleasantly. I am returning the goods as unsatisfactory to me.

Probably due to the height of the product, the diffuser cannot "suck" the water with aromatic oil from the bottom.
When the level is reduced to 1/3 of the total amount, the diffuser starts to whistle and the amount of "steam" produced is significantly reduced, despite cleaning the steam nozzle.
