I've been using Sweaty for a long time. Raspberry as a new flavour is a cool change for me, but the other flavours are great too. I did a comparison of the ingredients with other brands of electrolytes and Sweaty comes out the best for me. I take 1 bag per 1L of water. For me, the taste is ideal. My partner uses 1 bag per 0,5L and she is also satisfied. I also take the pouches with me on holidays in the tropics, where they come in handy to replenish electrolytes. Sweaty's packaging form is perfect for this.

The most disgusting electrolyte flavour I have ever experienced. I bought the mango one and it has a horrible bitter aftertaste, as if I had soap in my drink. Dreadful!

Super flavour! I've also tried the raspberry one and they're both great. I feel like I'm less tired after drinking them. Plus, I've found that if I have one after drinking alcohol, I don't get a headache — and I always get a headache after drinking. For me, it's absolutely brilliant!

The effect itself is hard to judge. I used it during more strenuous hiking, but I hope it does what you'd expect. What you don't expect is the battle to open the packet and the colouring that leaves your fingers yellow all day (because you were fighting to open the packets) and your containers too. I don't understand why the manufacturer feels the need to pretend it's something it's not and stuff it full of turmeric.
Hopefully it does what it's supposed to do

taste cool
The sachets are very difficult to open without scissors or a knife - unnecessarily sturdy packaging.

I’ve tried the first dose and I really don’t like the taste. I couldn’t even finish it, even though I’d watered it down quite a bit. I suppose I just need to get used to it. Otherwise, I suppose I’ll be handing out the bags as I go along: D
