I've been using the lock for three weeks now and so far I've had a very good experience with it. Installation was relatively simple. The app guides you through the whole process of calibration and setting up the lock itself. The keypad was also easy to install, again thanks to the app on my phone. After connecting the Hub, I can control the lock remotely and at the same time see when the door is open. Registering my fingerprint, code and face took a matter of seconds. Unlocking with my face works reliably and my door opens almost instantly. You'll appreciate this especially when you've got your hands full. The lock reliably and, most importantly, quickly unlocks even security doors with three bolts. So far, the product is working perfectly reliably and I am satisfied with its use.
