Considering the price and all the drawbacks, I feel disappointed with this purchase. However, these headphones should be fine if you keep them at home and connect them to one device or take them with you on the plane occasionally. It looks like Technics is learning how to get into the premium bluetooth headphone market, and one can expect the first models to be flawed.
very comfortable fit, low clamping force
clear sound, for some is better than Sony
very long battery life, I charge them once a month
Bass may not be sufficient, equalizer doesn't help much if you need punchy bass
Touch controls are sometimes not responsive at all
Microphone sometimes sounds bad and sounds bad, need to restart (when connected to MacBook)
ANC is good until you start moving. I tried it on a city bus and it was horrible (you can't walk, run or move around much, it makes weird noises).
Detection by wearing doesn't work well. It often pauses playback with headphones on. I recommend disabling it in the application settings.

With ANC on, every step was accompanied by an annoying thump in the headphones, the only way to get rid of it was to either tiptoe or walk very slowly.
