There is a minor issue with the headphone charging case. It is poorly designed and you may find that just when you plan to take them with you to listen, you find that they are flat!

Workmanship in the silver variant - at the joints lose color, visible defects on the plastic body, sorry but the headphones for 400, - have better plastics.
ANC - a total flop, doesn't muffle anything except low frequency noise, calls, rustling, doors, keypad makes no difference on/off. I honestly don't hear a difference between sony, technics and headphones for a thousand dollars in terms of ANC.

Switching from B&W Pi8 (€295); two pairs suffered from Bluetooth dropouts when walking, a non-functioning wear sensor and an unusable microphone for calls. The Technics AZ100 solves everything - the sound on flat EQ over LDAC is at a level that sometimes gives me goosebumps when listening. No workarounds, no turning off functions. They just work. Great headphones, I've already tried Sony 1000xm5 (not so clear presentation, a lot of pushing all sorts of "improvements" into the sound), Sennheiser MTW 4 (not bad, but the sound dropped out when running), B&O Beoplay ex (no point in even considering, quality one level down and price one level up), B&O Pi8 (still don't know here, they sound and fit dibra, but I have a problem with sharp hiss, but I'm still letting them play out, so we'll see).
