Despite the negatives, I kept the headphones because it is mainly for music on the go and for a long time I have not been other headphones this comfortable, great fit the size of the earbuds and thus I have a really great sound. Plus, they've got a nice, unobtrusive design. I used to have the Bose Soundsport Wireless, but then Bose changed the size of the earbuds and another line of headphones didn't hold up in my ears, the JBL Reflect Flow, which was horribly malfunctioning.

The headphones are not among the cheapest, and at the thought of another loss, I unfortunately have to review this fact.

you lose the charging case and have to go get a new set of headphones. No option to buy replacement accessories(pretty much a disappointment and basically a rip off)! At Panasonic service, a new standalone case costs more than new headphones! Very bad business!

They don't fit well in my ears. Walking is fine, but it's definitely not for running or any similar sport. I had them at work and had to keep adjusting them in my ear to keep them from falling out, a little higher price.
