The grill heats beautifully, the heat is really even. Six toasts can be toasted at once, but this is redeemed by the size, it takes up a large chunk of the counter. The power cord could be longer and there is no way to wind it onto the grill for storage, also it cannot be stored upright. Too bad it doesn't come with a waffle plate or a toasting plate.
