Useful little thing, especially the metal "pots" and quick heat up. I've done chicken breast, fish, vegetables, rice in it, but it's best for potatoes (better than a pot of water, tastier) and eggs. I also use it a lot instead of the microwave, where it at least heats the food all the way through. And when unfolded, it's really quite stackable.
