I'm very disappointed. Until now, I used a Wüsthof pastry knife, which even after years cut perfectly and smoothly. The Tescoma knife was not exactly the cheapest, it looks high quality so I expected it to be usable, but it is completely unusable and I will be returning it. I can cut a slice better with a Swiss Army knife than with this Home Profi knife.
