I don't know what some here mean by "great range", but this device needs to be in virtually the same room as the device you want to monitor. One brick wall 40cm thick is the obstacle that is the problem. On the other hand, the price of 349 CZK is fine, so if I buy a thermometer for another 300, I have a reasonable price in the result. But forget about covering your whole house, however small, with this gate. But it is quite logical in relation to the frequency it runs on. I wouldn't buy it again.
