According to the specification, the router has external antennas for LTE. I was struck by the fact that the signal strength does not depend on whether the antennas are screwed on or not. It could indicate a design problem. So I took the router apart and found that it also has internal antennas for dps. Their gain is slightly lower than the external ones - the difference is about 4dB. The indoor and outdoor antennas are switched electronically using chips on the dps. Additionally, I found that the data displayed via the webserver also shows whether the router is running on the internal or external antennas. If the RSRP is better than -80 dBm there is no sense to use the antenna extensions and the DL and UP speed is around 50 MB/s.
