Due to the shape of the base, it was a problem to attach to the playseat.

The supplied screws to attach the base cannot be practically screwed into it.

The steering wheel looks really cheap and after a month of use there are already signs of wear. So I plan to buy one of the addons.

Well, even though it was supposed to be only for the first pieces and I have a newer piece according to the serial number, I didn't avoid the problem with the base disconnecting while playing. I don't know if it's the power supply or the usb connected to the console but both connectors have an oddly large clearance. The steering wheel often disconnects repeatedly even 10 times during an hour of play. I am currently waiting for a response from support, who have responded to some reviews here, as to whether a new power supply will be supplied and the problems will go away, otherwise I will be reclaiming the steering wheel.

I'm playing PS5 GT7. I bought it for 9900. For the money, a great toy. I was switching from the T300 RS GT edition. With a good setup, and there are some, I really felt like I could feel what the car was doing. But you have to upgrade the firmware.

Firmware upgrade only via PC with win10+, so who is a console player without PC will have his steering wheel oscillate. A buzzing power supply where you have to tweak the power adapter connector to keep it from shutting off. And the pedals, although they look premium, are not. Golden T3PA, which you can set in the menu and you can also set the TLCM pedals. Unfortunately, there is no load cell brake pedal available for this model yet, which will reportedly be available next year for about $140. So to sum it up at today's price of 12990, I would definitely go for the Logitech RS50 with load cell pedals and you're in it for 20. Otherwise, I bought here on Alza and paid extra for the undamaged packaging and it came unboxed used. I'm really glad I had it to myself and didn't have to explain to anyone, all those torn bags and all those screws and washers all over the box, that Santa just had to try it out so he wouldn't give you a broken thing. I was pretty pissed off, but whatever. Everything works and it shows no signs of wear and tear, so I've accepted that. Anyway, then I got the idea that I'd be interested to see what it was like to put a T300 steering wheel on it. So you have to buy a reducer. And why not sell it one at a time when it comes in twos. I said okay, maybe in the future. so I ate and enjoyed it. Well, I finally went to pick up my reducers. I don't know how much wear and tear the box inside gets, but it looked like after worldwide product testing. which showed no signs of use. This is my experience with T598 and alza.cz

The steering wheel is really cool, it's great to drive, as long as it works. I am already claiming a second piece with the same defect. After some time of use it starts to disconnect spontaneously, despite fixing the power cord so that it does not move at all it still disconnects when playing. The first piece burned out after a month, the second took only a few hours of play. Apparently it's a manufacturing defect in the power cord and connector. It's really a shame with a steering wheel at that price tag.

My first steering wheel. Purely for the PS5, I couldn't find another direct drive at that price point. All in all, I'm happy and recommend it if you're looking for a first steering wheel too. Just be careful with GT7 - after the new steering wheel firmware the game doesn't recognize that it is T598 - it is there as GT. In the previous version, it recognized it just fine. But that's purely on GT7's side when they update it.
