I originally had only one of these routers, but I was forced to buy a second one and set it up as a satellite router, due to the lack of range on the 2nd floor (which is due to the fact that we have a fairly thick reinforced concrete ceiling and the main router is on the bottom floor). I don't think it's the fault of the router itself, and I doubt a more expensive one would solve it. It's just something to keep in mind when planning your home network.

Range (in my case almost no signal on the 2nd floor - the signal had to get through the reinforced concrete ceiling, it was solved only by buying a second router)
