If you need a repeater that works, this is a great choice. Easy setup with the TP-link router, I set up the repeater once and then I can disconnect it from the site at any time, after plugging it into the site within a few seconds it runs immediately without further setup. I use it mainly in summer to extend the signal to the garden.
I use it in AP mode, I have gigabit internet connected to the Ethernet port and on Wi-Fi 6 in the 5 GHz band I can download and upload over 500 Mbps which is not bad at all. It's nice that the antennas can be rotated as needed, so the extender can be used in a drawer bar lying flat. And I got the product in the new hardware version 2, which is nice too. As an AP I recommend it, as an extender I haven't tried it.
