We purchased together with TapoH100 control unit. Works great, easy installation, just follow the steps in the Tapo app. Unfortunately, we don't have a completely ideal fit for the frames and doors, even when further apart when closed, the doors show up as closed in order. In the app, you can set the bulbs to light up automatically when the door is opened (we have Tapo L510E). I'm definitely planning on getting one for the door as well. The alarm can be set to open in the absence of the alarm or during night time.

Suitable only for the maximum for a frameless door. Both parts of the sensor must be in the same plane. So no use for windows or patio doors. The passive part cannot be rotated, the position relative to the base is fixed - even with adhesive tape. If the passive part was a block, I would glue the base to the body of the onka and the magnet to the frame - just glue it to the other side. But this is not possible, because in the construction they probably put the design first and forgot about functionality. If it's only used in the Tapo app, it raises a constant "alarm" when opened. It can't be put to sleep for any length of time from a forced notification. Shame about the wasted potential. Even though in HA this can be fixed by automation, the lack of variability of the physical installation is still valid.
