I'd been looking for flood sensors that work and are a reasonable price for a long time, and these are really great. It reports flooding to my mobile via the app and also signals flooding itself with a loud beeping. I definitely recommend them!
Reasonable price
It's working as it should.
The battery is included
The only thing that comes to mind is that you need to buy a central unit. It can't be connected directly to the modem.

Works even without the app and other hardware. It automatically starts reporting once the contacts are connected - exactly what I wanted.

It’s small, it’s making a noise, but it’s working for now. An external probe can also be connected. (I’m monitoring the water level in the sump) The problem is that it’s an M2 thread. Instead of a pile of basically useless bits of paper in a box, they could have included two screws and some eyelets.
small
it works
quite loud
The screws for the external electrodes are missing

Just today, he saved the boiler room from a major washout, where we have a temporary water distribution system that has started to leak. So, fortunately, no damage and only a little water. Otherwise located at the duct near the condensing boiler and scrubber drain, just for these cases.
Small and easy to place anywhere
Great battery life
Contacts on the bottom and top of the sensor
Alarm volume
Functional only via hub (but I'm counting on it)

not yet used. or more like this - installed but no washer, dryer or dishwasher leaked yet. so hopefully it'll work when something happens. Connecting to the app was seamless and quick and intuitive. OK by me.

We have one located behind the washing machine, in case there's an accident. I'm planning to get one for the dishwasher and radiators as well. We've tried it and it detects very reliably. We use with TP-Link Tapo H100. The alarm is immediately triggered on the device as well as the notification on the mobile phone, and the alarm can be switched off immediately via the mobile phone. Installation in Tapo is very simple.

Works as it should, easy installation. The benefit of one app. Possibility of remote control/notification. (but a hub is required for this device)
