I compared the scale with the InBody pro measurement and unless the scale needs to be calibrated over time, it weighs really accurately. Deviation of body weight about 100g, BMI about 0.1. BMR measured about 200kcal more than InBody. If you want data from it in the app, you have to turn it on and wait for the weigh-in prompt each time before weighing. So it's not like you just weigh yourself for a week without your phone and then upload the data back in one go.
Weighing muscle and fat is obviously not going to be accurate at all. When I lost 0.5 kg of total weight in 2 days, it reported that I had 5 kg less fat and 5 kg more muscle, which is nonsense.
According to the description and the app itself, you can sync with Google fit and Fitbit, but in reality you can't with Fitbit (more users describe this in Google play reviews)
