I bought it for myself and my wife. It is my first electric toothbrush, I have had it for a year and I can say that it is not bad at all (compared to the classic one). The battery lasts a long time. I mainly use the first cleaning mode and after about a week I could see a difference compared to the manual brush. After brushing, the teeth are somehow even pleasantly massaged and fresher. Overall, the cleaning is on a completely different level and you will never achieve this result. It runs for about 2 minutes on power up, then turns off and on again. The branded brushes are a lot more expensive, there is usually only 1 in a pack and I can't yet judge what the difference is between True Life Sonicbrush vs e.g. Phillips difference. It suits me and my wife perfectly. I will definitely recommend.
The whole family has a toothbrush. I own it for the 3rd year and still no problems. Quality construction.
