This material is durable until it gets exposed to the sun or is soaked with water, then the front fabric ( between the legs ) fails and the swing becomes unusable. Careful with that, I've had a few in my hands. I recommend it: Buy a gymnastic spreader bar for the door frame, you can easily anchor your swing and exercise
In the description it says " Carabiner and cushion" but there are two very low quality carabiners with a screw lock ( don't skimp and buy a better one for sure approx 500 for 2pcs )
