Manage from one place simultaneously with other ubiquiti elements (APs, switches. )
Need to have Unifi controller installed
At first not very intuitive network settings, dhcp etc. It's not "where one would normally look for them". But after getting used to it, it is a very interesting option for managing network elements
what can't be done via web UI, can be set up via CLI (requires a bit of knowledge)
the firmware and controller evolve quite quickly and add new features to the UI)
decent and fast DPI
added value with other UniFi products

nice dashboards/statistics
some "common" functions in the AI are still missing or not completed, e.g. IPv6 is completely missing in the UI (it can be enabled via CLI), static DHCP reservations are only for connected clients, they cannot be predefined without CLI (they promise them in future fw versions)
some versions of "stable" fw are not completely 100% stable, respectively. with some settings USG sometimes restarts, but downgrade to previous fw solves it
controller needs extra machine/virtual/cloud key to run
