The warranty does not cover mechanical damage; the seller performs a visual inspection before dispatching, so you can only claim immediately after delivery. Claim conclusion: The battery is partially worn, in working order, with no manufacturing defects. Technician's recommendation: Due to the mechanical damage, we do not recommend using the battery. A minor crack on the battery casing may compromise its gas tightness. So I have a working battery that I am not supposed to use 😲
