I ordered a new battery. I found an unboxed one at the Alza box store for the price of a new one. I immediately alerted the saleswoman, who first tried to tell me that the slit labels in the unmarked box (non-original) were normal. Finally, she acknowledged that this is indeed an already unpacked item. A big disappointment for me. I wasn't expecting this. I won't buy a battery from Alza anymore.
