The USB is OK when plugged into the PC, but the other connector in the burner does not hold properly and the burner keeps disconnecting. I have found that more users have solved a similar problem. Fortunately I have another cable with the same type of connectors and it works without any problems. That's why I haven't filed a claim yet.
