The 2TB version. I had to reformat it to exFAT so it could hold larger files. It also doesn’t work properly with tablets and smartphones, unlike with photos, and on my LG TV it kept crashing and wouldn’t open. It’s a power supply issue. It ran well on the Steam Deck.

As long as the drive was working, there was nothing to complain about apart from it getting hot, but after four years of sporadic use, it broke down and the data on the drive can no longer be read. It’s likely that the device overheating – which occurs despite its metal casing – is to blame. Next time, I’ll look elsewhere.
